||Guru Gobind Singhji visited this place and restored the water supply to quench the thirst of people of this area. People are of the belief that there was a descendant of Baba Gurditta Ji, who resided in the Dhakauli village near Zirakpur. He meditated for many years at this place. On having heard about this great devotee, Guru Gobind Singh ji visited this village. It is believed that the Guruji shot an arrow into the ground and a baoli (shallow well) sprang from there. Later on, a splendid Gurudwara was constructed over there and it was named Baoli Sahib Gurdwara. Worshippers come over here on every Amavas to take a holy dip in the water of the baoli.
||One needs to get down on the Zirakpur crossing of Patiala and Chandigarh and its 1 km from there .
